The specimens that were examined are listed in appendix 9.1. All measurements are in millimeters unless otherwise noted, and dimensions are illustrated in figures 9.1-9.3. A dial caliper and osteometric board were used to obtain measurements. Abbreviations specific to this chapter are as follows:
